These pieces are made entirely by hand, one at a time, using the ancient art of sand casting, by pouring premium quality alloy of molten aluminum into sand molds, and then going through four different levels of polishing. More than twelve different sets of hands are involved in the creation of each piece, and the result of this intensly handmade process is a piece with a depth of character, warmth and personality that communicates in a way that only a handmade piece can. The hardworking metal reflects the shine of silver, but requires no polishing, goes from refrigerator, to oven, to table, and is perfectly suited for today's casual lifestyle.
